Level 1- Josh 100Km Challenge
Who are eligible: Those who have run more than 5Km in races, beginners, running/walking regularly in the last 12 months with monthly mileage of 50Km plus in some of the months.
Run/Walk, total 100Km in the calendar month of January 2024.
You are allowed to have only 2 rest days and 29 active days.
You are allowed to run any distance between 2Km and 5Km.
You cannot run less than 2Km or exceed the limit of 5Km on any given day.
You are allowed to run a 10Km race event in January.
But you should not run more than 100Km in the month including this 10Km event.
That’s the Josh Challenge for you.
It is about finishing the distance- Run, walk or crawl.
Once again, it's mandatory to be active on 29 days.
The ones who finish 100Km accurately will be rewarded.
Remember, winners are those who finish 100Km (not less or more) In the given period of time.

Level 2- Josh 150Km Challenge
Who are eligible: Those who have run more than 10Km in races, running regularly in the last 12 months with monthly mileage of 75Km plus in some of the months.
Run, total 150Km in the calendar month of January 2024.
You are allowed to have a total 2 rest days and 29 active days.
You are allowed to run any distance between 3Km and 7Km.
You cannot run less than 3Km or exceed the limit of 7Km on any given day.
You are allowed to run a 10Km race event in January.
But you should not run more than 150Km in the month including this 10Km event.
That’s the Josh Challenge for you.
It is about finishing the distance- Run, walk or crawl.
Once again, it's mandatory to be active on 29 days.
The ones who finish 150km accurately 150Km will be rewarded.
Remember, winners are those who finish 150Km (not less or more) In the given period of time.

Level 3- Josh 200Km Challenge
Who are eligible: Those who have run more than 10Km in races, running regularly in the last 12 months with monthly mileage of 100Km plus in some of the months.
Run, total 200Km in the calendar month of January 2024.
You are allowed to have a total of 3 rest days and 28 active days.
You are allowed to run any distance between 5Km and 10Km.
You cannot run less than 5Km or exceed the limit of 10Km on any given day.
You are allowed to run a 21.1Km race event in January including this Half Marathon event.
But you should not run more than 200Km in the month.
That’s the Josh Challenge for you.
It is about finishing the distance- Run, walk or crawl.
Once again, it's mandatory to be active on 28 days.
The ones who finish 200K accurately will be rewarded.
Remember, winners are those who finish 200Km (not less or more) In the given period of time.

How to keep record your activity/ workout -
You are also allowed to walk/run indoors or use treadmill
Plan your month long smartly by doing calculations keeping in mind the rules of the challenge
Use any fitness app to track your run/walk (like Strava, Runkeeper, Runtastic etc, GPS enabled smart watches)
It will automatically keep record of your activity and you can see the progress as well
A separate google form is also available to fill the daily distance for each level in case you are not able to use the app.
